2. Products & Pricing

Our tea blends and bespoke gifting solutions are showcased on the Website. Pricing for bulk or corporate orders is provided exclusively upon enquiry via WhatsApp or direct contact. Pre-order pricing is secured upon receipt of a confirmed deposit. Customisation pricing is quoted separately and confirmed in writing prior to production.

3. Custom Orders

All custom orders require your explicit written approval of a digital proof before production begins. Changes cannot be accommodated once production has commenced. Custom orders that have entered production are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and across ZEN communications is the exclusive intellectual property of ZEN Trading FZE. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

5. Privacy & Data

ZEN collects only the personal information necessary for order processing: name, contact number, email, and delivery address. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to any third party. Client order details, customisation designs, and business information are maintained in complete confidentiality. By submitting an enquiry or order, you consent to ZEN retaining your contact details for order fulfilment and future communications.

ZEN tea blends are wellness-inspired botanical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. All health benefit references are based on general botanical research and Ayurvedic tradition.
